Creative Director of Indianapolis Signworks: Andrew
Chapman
Our founder; Andrew Chapman ("Andy") admires technology, people
and giving back. His positive spirit and drive has spurred him to develop and lead a successful
sign-design company for over 20yrs. He graduated from Indiana University
with a degree in computer graphics and graphic design. But
years before that, he was running a sign company out of his
parent’s garage. Andy has many ideas and has learned how to
combine them with a solid business foundation. “I have wonderful,
creative people working with me”. “I empower
people and get out of the way. Andy has never asked an
employee to do something that he wasn’t prepared to do
himself. “I can do any role around here; I am not
above anything.”
Busy as he is, Andy hasn’t forgotten philanthropy. “The
key to our success is giving back”.
